• Payment is due within 3 days of sale via Paypal.  If payment is not received, the item will be relisted on the 4th day and the sale will be cancelled.
  

Shipping

• All packages will be shipped FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS Priority unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale unless stated otherwise in the listing.  If you need overnight delivery contact me prior to purchase.  If truck freight is required, it will be stated in the item description.

Returns

• Most New or Remanufactured items can be returned, provided the item is returned in the same condition and within 14 days.  The item must be unused and in its original packaging.  Buyer is responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the remainder will be refunded via Paypal.
  
• Used parts are tested and sold "AS IS".  "AS IS" items cannot be returned unless there is a discrepancy in the listing description.  In the even an item is incorrectly described, the seller will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund once the item is received.
• If you receive an item that you believe was not accurately described in the listing, contact us to discuss return and refund options.  Buyer must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt of item to initiate a return.
  
• Items that arrive damaged must be returned with original packaging for insurance purposes.  Items not returned with original packaging will not be refunded.
