For our West Coast customers, we may change the carrier provided that the service is equal or better than the one you ordered.

Ordering Multiple Items at once?   Use the ‘Buy Now’ Button for all items you wish to have in the same shipment within 10 minutes. Wait with Paypal payment until you receive our invoice and use the invoice for your Paypal payment.  If you have expedited shipping requests with combined shipment, i.e. Fed Ex 2nd day, please send us a short email so we can prepare the invoice accordingly - otherwise the invoice will reflect the most economical ship mode (i.e. USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery). Please remember, the invoice process must occur before you pay via Paypal - once single items are paid, a combined invoice is no longer possible, even though we may ship items in the same carton.

Same Day Shipping Cut Off Times:  Our cut off time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time - for orders with CLEARED Paypal Payment.  Orders arriving after 2:00 PM or Payments arriving after 2:00 PM - may NOT ship same day.  We will do our best to still get those orders processed, but cannot guarantee it! 

Business Days:  Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship orders on Weekends (Saturday / Sunday) - Orders received after Friday Cut off time or on weekends will process the next business day morning. 

Federal Holidays/USPS Shipments:  Orders for USPS Shipment will not ship on Federal Holidays as US Postal Service is closed on those days.  If you need an order to ship on a Federal Holiday, use another shipping option or contact us by email for options available, if none listed.

Other Official Holidays:  We will note any holidays in our Listing frame that effects shipping.
