This is an Outboard Jets Mercury Model G jet conversion kit.  It fits the older inline engines from 60 HP and up.  

It has a custom rudder welded into the jet foot that helps with low speed steering.  The aluminum 3 blade impeller is in great shape and the shaft bearing spins freely.
