This is a premium CNC machined aluminum blower intake manifold with Cobra Jet ports.

I first started purchasing this manifold 23 years ago. Since then there has been a few tweaks to the casting that have upped the performance, but the quality has never changed.

Let the pictures tell the story for you. This beautiful casting has been shot peened with stainless steel to keep a natural aluminum finish that won't change colors and rust, like iron shot will; and makes cleanup easy. 

Every surface has been CNC machined to .0023 of an inch, so you don't need to worry about proper fitment. Using diamond cutters this manifold has smooth clean surfaces, you can take the manifold off and on; without destroying your gasket. 

A few important things: This blower has a removable billet blower plate for easier polishing and a lighter casting. The blower flange had been inserted with steel inserts for extra strength, and is designed to fit right on 429 460 Cobra Jet cylinder heads; and run! Unlike some other intake manifolds this has been cast to aircraft standards.

The manifold has been pressure tested in the water jacket, and plenum to 60 psi. This manifold has two injection bosses per port, so you can have the injection angle you desire. On the bottom you will notice large aluminum webbing reaching from one side to the other, this means you have one of the strongest and durable manifolds in the market (and won't crack under the strenuous conditions like others have). 

This manifold is designed to last while other fail. Don't find yourself spending big bucks on big names with big disappoints. You can trust the quality of this product, because it's made by Blue Thunder! Each intake bolt location has been machined spot-faced flat for a 100% accurate torque reading.

This manifold is highly detailed, what you see in the picture is the same quality you will receive. I don't & won't take pictures of items that are not representative of the piece you will receive.

I have used other aftermarket 429 460 manifolds, and I can tell you without a doubt; this manifold is the best piece available. If you're tired of other manifolds that have weird names cast on them, rough casting, misaligned ports and leaks; this is the manifold for you.
