If, in the sole judgement of Smith Co Electric or the item manufacturer the item does qualify for warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the buyer, or the purchase price refunded at Smith Co Electric's discretion. *All shipping costs are responsibility of buyer for both submitting and returning warranted items.* If in the sole judgement of Smith Co Electric or the item manufacturer the item was consumed, subject to abuse, faulty repair, broken drive, drive ends or housings, staying engaged, could be the result of faulty parts external to the item, etc., warranty will be denied.
