International Shipments
We are also happy to offer international shipping. For all international orders, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide you with a shipping invoice.

International Customers: We will declare the value of the item(s) you purchased. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. FH Group is not responsible for any charges occurred due to importing product into the customer's country.

Same Day Service
If you've shopped with us before, you already know that we make every effort to ship out your order on the same day we receive it. If we receive and verify your order before 2pm EST, your order leaves our warehouse the same day.

Address change
Please double check and review your address carefully especially for apt, floor, and suite # during check out. For any address changes after your order has been shipped or for any returns due to incorrect address, the shipping carrier will charge a fee of $12.35. Customer is responsible for the fees occurred upon making the request. You can request a Paypal invoice or call us at 1-800-928-5518 to pay with your credit card.

You're more than welcome to schedule a pick-up at our office. Our business hours are 9am-6pm EST, Monday thru Friday. please contact our friendly customer service agents at 1-800-928-5518 to schedule the date and time for pick-up.

Credit card via Paypal: With this method, you don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. Please follow instructions below.

Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted. However, credit card via PayPal is preferred as it makes the transaction much smoother for both parties. Please see instruction above.
