Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of
package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No
claims will be accepted after 7 days.

step for the exchange process. It may be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to
process the return, so digital pictures may be required for most of the cases.
