This is a OTB #6105 1939-1948 Ford Drum Brake Add-on Air Scoop.  Keeps you and your brakes cool!!  Bolts on the front of the Early Ford Backing Plate with 2 drilled and tapped 1/4" x 20" holes on the back of each scoop.  Can be used on others.  complete with template.  Nice Part Made in USA!
