Shipping and Handling Time:
Unless our auction specifically states a product is "In Stock", then shipping time can vary. Most items that do not state "In Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare cases some are not. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship within one business day of cleared payment, unless we indicate otherwise. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or certain other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy which we have no control over. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.

Normal transit time for our 48 state USA customers is 2-5 business days, depending on how far you are from the warehouse we ship from. We ship from warehouses ranging from California to Texas, from Florida to Pennsylvania. When possible, we ship from the warehouse closest to your location.

International shipping time varies based on the shipping method we use, the country you are located in, and any unforeseen Customs delays that we have no control over. On average, shipping time for our International customers is 1 to 2 weeks, but this is an average, not a guarantee. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you purchase so we may discuss your shipping time and shipping options.

Quantity on Hand / Quantity Available
Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in multiple markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale. Items on hand change often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be updated in real time. Due to the rapid pace, we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by. In the event that an item becomes unavailable due to a listing error, or a discrepancy in the listing description, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In this rare event, a full refund will be issued via paypal and you will be notified via the eBay messaging system.

Back Orders
If a back order occurs, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed to the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer). The buyer will be given multiple options. The options consist of superseding such item(s) with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.

Receiving Your Item(s)
Please read the listing in its entirety. We use manufacturer provided stock images, and in some circumstances the images provided may include commonly associated items next to the item you are purchasing or generic images of the item type. If the item in the picture does not look like it fits your vehicle, it is likely a generic picture. The item you receive will be to your exact application outlined in the listing. If at any time you are unsure what you are purchasing, please see the item specifics or contact us. In the rare case there is a listing error in the description or price, you will be contacted immediately. If the error prevents the item from being sold because it either breaks Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies set forth by the manufacturer or describes an item inaccurately we will refund your payment and notify you.

Warranty
All products we sell are 100% covered by their normal manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from us.
