Shipping

Free ground shipping in the 48 contiguous US states only, and only for items marked as free shipping. For shipping quotes to AK, HI and PR please contact us via eBay messages with your exact shipping address and what item you are interested in purchasing.
Domestic Shipping: Most shipments will be shipped with USPS, we also at times use UPS Ground. We do not ship with Fedex. We will use either USPS First Class, USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground at our discretion.
Overnight and 2nd day shipping options are not available.
Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Feedback

We maintain high standards of excellence and strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Feedback is very important to us. We request that you contact us immediately BEFORE you give us neutral or negative feedback, so that we can satisfactorily address your concerns. It is impossible to address issues if we do not know about them!

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.
If you fail to contact Cycle Stash prior to returning an item you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee.
