But we can't figure out what is wrong by mail, or diagnose problems with your bike by email or phone. PAYMENTS We would really like to be paid within 5 days of the sale. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We really prefer PAYPAL because it protects you and us in case there's a problem. Tennessee residents have to pay 9.25% sales tax.
HOW WE GET IT TO YOU - SHIPPING We ship most everything in 1 business day of receipt of payment. USPS tracking numbers are emailed by USPS toyour email. Paypal will email tracking number for items shipped via USPS 1st Class and/or Priority Mail. Tracking info is also shown on your "My eBay' page. If your package comes back for any other reason, like you forgot to change your address or refused delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want us to re-ship it.
WHO WE ARE We are a repair, parts and accessories bike shop in Tennessee and we deal mostly with Harleys. Our suppliers include Custom Chrome, MidWest, Mid USA, DNA, Tucker Rocky, and Kuryakyn.
LEGAL STUFF ATTN: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. International orders may take 5-21 days or longer depending on the country. Please be patient as we have no control over a package once it leaves our store.
WARRANTY
We make no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. The manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We cannot be responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.
RETURNS
Any item may be returned for full credit (minus our shipping cost) within 15 days of your purchase if it is unused in original packaging and in saleable condition. The original sales invoice must be included in the package. All shipping costs to returned items will be paid by the buyer. If an item is installed, attempted to be installed, damaged, used, or scratched please do not attempt to return...just use common sense. To return any item please use an RMA #. The RMA # is your initials as shown on the invoice AND the invoice #. For example John Smith invoice 10234, the RMA # is JS10234. There is no need to request a RMA #, this speeds up returns for everyone.
WHAT IF IT'S BROKE? OR JUST NOT RIGHT
If an item is defective or significantly differs from description we will replace or refund your full price including shipping charges. Item must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Non-stock special order items may be subject to manufacturer restocking charges. We are not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund. Please see "Returns' above for RMA numbers.
HOW WE DESCRIBE STUFF - DESCRIPTIONS
We use the manufacturer’s statement regarding fitment. We can only guarantee what the manufacturer or supplier says it will fit. Please make sure the part is listed as fitting your bike. If we said it would, and it doesn’t we will refund your money. A lot of parts can be customized to fit other models, if you have the skills, however you do this AT YOUR OWN RISK
