Return & Warranty

- Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within
30 days upon receipt.
Full One Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. Buyers must
contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty
period.
- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or
that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper
installation on the buyer/user's part.
- If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund,
please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an
authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a
completed RMA.
- For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
Products should be returned with original packages and must be returned in new
condition with all accessories and packaging.

- All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee
