This is a Hayes Energize III Electronic Trailer Brake Controller, Model #81741B.  It is new in its original packaging but is missing the mounting bracket, hardware and installation instructions.  The packaging also shows some shelf wear.  Please check out the photos and message me with any questions that you have.
