INSTALLATION GUIDE

Verify the bolt pattern on flywheel is matched to clutch cover and disc. You may need drill and tap new bolt holes on flywheel.

The flywheel must fit tight on crankshaft's register.  Remove burrs on register and flange is any.

Check proper rotation clearance on bell house, clutch, oil pan, sensor, and engine block.  A minimum 0.10" clearance is recommended.

Check and make sure the run out on ring gear is under 0.025.

The flywheel is precisely dynamic balanced in factory.  Don't remove or alter the weight piece.  It may void the Warranty.

Check flywheel balancing with clutch pressure plate on.  We strongly recommend to bench test engine and transmission before installation.

Install the flywheel with proper torque as OEM specification.  Make sure to have a 0.10-0.20" gap between gear ring and starter pinion.

Hank crank engine to ensure no wobble on ring gear and clear from housing.
