Immediate payment is required for all orders.

• Please make payment arrangements within 2 days of the end of the auction.  If payment is not received within 5 days of the end of auction, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed, and the item will again be offered for sale.  All non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on our auctions.

• Domestic: We offers LTL freight shipping in the 48 continental United States for most large items.  HI, AK, APO, PR  and other US islands Territories must contact us  for a freight quote. We offers free shipping for business addresses.   Delivery to a residential property for larger items is available and take additional cost. A daytime phone number is required on all LTL shipments. If a phone number is not provided, the order maybe delayed until a phone number has been received.
• International: International shipping is available on large items. Our shipping cost includes delivery to your nearest seaport. Delivery to your residence for these larger items is available and take additional cost. Please contact us to receive an international freight quote. We reserve the right to ship via a different carrier than selected at checkout. The International FREIGHT shipping for  large and heavy parts can take up to 30 days. Heavy parts can not guarantee delivery times, but we have a great staff that will try to accomodate you as much as possible. If you need a certain part by a certain date (holiday, poker run, long trip, birthday), please send us a message to check availability and shipping times.  CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND ANY OTHER CHARGEs THAT MAY APPLY and be imposed by the destination country customs department.

We do combine parcel, if you purchase multiple items.

• TERMS: All parts are used unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for independently confirming any physical or technical compatibility issues. We do not guarantee the fit of our products on any years, makes, or models other than the motorcycle the item was removed from. Please email any questions prior to making a purchase, and we will answer them to the best of our ability. We guarantee that the item pictured is the exact item you will receive.
• WARRANTY: This part come with a 14 day warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.  In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price  when we get this part(s) back.  If you have an issue with an item please contact us by e-mail within the warranty period. If the item was not as described in the listing we will replace it free of charge or refund your full purchase price. Buyer is responsible for buying the correct item. Failure to do so will cause a 15% restocking fee.?
• RETURNS: Give us a chance to show you our superior customer service by contacting us with any comments, concerns, or complaints prior to taking action with eBay. Please let me know right away that you have a problem and I will try my best to fix this problem or refund your money. Simply return the item, and we will refund your purchase, minus shipping costs.Customers will be subject to pay for return shipping costs related to the returned parts. We do not accept returns from buyers outside of the United States.
