After years of running two ebay stores, Kats-Fashion-Galaxy, and Kats-Dream-Boutique2, I'm currently just selling a few things on here that I've accumulated, and listing things for friends & family. I have always tried to be both honest and respectful here on Ebay, and my feedback speaks for itself.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING I have listed most of my items for DOMESTIC USA SALE ONLY, as I DO NOT want to be responsible for OUT-OF-COUNTRY SHIPPING, and the fees that high shipping costs will have on my Ebay bill .... YES, Ebay charges final value fees on the shipping paid, and it can add up. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

PAYMENT must be received within 5 DAYS.

COMBINED SHIPPING is limited to 5 DAYS from the date of the first item purchased (See Combined Shipping Instructions).

If an item is not paid for at the end of 5 days, I will be forced to file a NON-PAYING BIDDER COMPLAINT with Ebay, and the Buyer may be banned from bidding on future auctions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship several times weekly to assure a swift delivery time. Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, but some lighter items may be sent via USPS First Class, or USPS Media Mail to reduce shipping costs for our customers. I DO NOT ship worldwide. I DO NOT use UPS or any other shipping provider. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and its destination, with a very small handling fee added per package. I do ship to alternate addresses and PO boxes, but please contact us, if the address is different than the one listed with Ebay (See Contact Section). Your item will be mailed to the name and address listed with Ebay, so make sure that your information is correct ! Once I drop your package off with the Post Office, I have no influence over the delivery process, so always check with your local postal service, before contacting me about a delayed shipment. If I overestimate your shipping charges, I will refund the difference though Paypal, if it is a significant amount.

IMPORTANT !!! ... COMBINED SHIPPING

I'm always happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases, and the savings can be substantial, as I base the combined charge on the weight of the package. The process is quite easy for the buyer, but you must follow a few simple rules.

#1 ... DO NOT CHECK OUT OR PAY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR FINAL PURCHASE AND RECEIVE A FINAL INVOICE THAT REFLECTS ALL OF YOUR PURCHASES AND THE FINAL SHIPPING CHARGE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. Ignore any invoices that may be sent to you up to that point. Once you pay for an item, I can no longer combine it on an invoice.

#2 ... THE TIME PERIOD FOR COMBINING SHIPPING IS 5 DAYS FROM YOUR FIRST PURCHASE, WITH A PAYMENT DUE ON THE 5TH DAY FROM FIRST PURCHASE. After the 5th day I/m forced to file a NON-PAYING BIDDER COMPLAINT with Ebay, as it is the only way I can claim the charges already paid for listings and final value fees.

I take great pride in offering outstanding customer service, and feel that I can resolve any problem that may arise.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please let me know, so I can work with you to resolve the problem. I have to know about the situation, before I can take the steps needed to address it !!

ALL RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES ARE HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ... Through correspondence, and with a mutual agreement. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST !!

IN GENERAL, I will consider a return for anydamage or problem that is not stated in the ad, but I won't take returns for issues that I'm not responsible for.

MOST items listed are used or vintage pieces, and the conditions are judged accordingly.
