Returning Damaged or Unwanted Product
If you need to return your purchase for any reason you may do so for 30 days from the date you received your order regardless if its unwanted or defective. Please contact us first so that we may issue you a RMA # for your return.
All orders must be returned in its original packaging and include everything that was included with the item. If the item is at all physically damaged or abused your return will not be accepted and return shipping will be your responsibility.
After the initial 30 days, all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer directly. If you have a problem with a warranty claim you may contact us directly to help resolve the issue.
Some items we sell may be non-refundable and/or returnable. These items will be marked plainly and clearly in the item description. Non returnable items include (software, video games, movies, gift cards, gps map cards, phone minutes, etc)
