Dinan cold-air intake for E39 BMW 540i.  

Removed from my 1999 540i fits 99-03 as well

Has bosch mass flow air sensor attached.

Filter is in usable condition, though a new one or careful cleaning would be preferable (note Dinan does not recommend cleaning/reoiling the filters due to the potential for MAF contamination.)
