Returns policy; you can return an item if you are not happy with the quality or workmanship of that item, or if you need to exchange the item for a different item, or you bought the wrong item. All returns must be unused and in resellable condition, and you must have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number with all returned items and a restocking fee may apply. To obtain authorization you can email us and you must have the Invoice # from your receipt. Universal Parts cannot refund shipping on returned items unless the item was defective or you received a different item than what you bought.
