Free shipping for the Lower 48 States with a physical address ( non PO Box ). We will be shipping with FedEx Ground / Home Delivery or USPS First Class mail. Transit times are usually 3-7 Buisness days
For US territories, PO Box, and APO/FPO, there can be an addition charge to ship to those areas and we will be using USPS Priority mail. Please check the table above to see the additional shipping charges.
For International shipments, there will also be an additional charge listed in the table above. International shipments DO NOT INCLUDE brokerage fees and taxes. The customer is responisible for these charges and they are dependent on each individual countries. Shipment to these countries will be shipped with either FedEx International Economy or USPS Express Mail |

Our products requires professional installation and we are not responsible for the isntallation of the products. If the product(s) damaged through installation, we are not held responsible for the refund.
When you receive your package, please inspect first that all the stated parts are included in the shipment. Also please check the item to see if there was any damage through shipment or if the item is defective. If there is any problem please contact us immediately.
You may RETURN/EXCHANGE any unopened products in resalable condition ( we do not pay for return shipments ). After we have received the return and inspect the item is reasonable condition, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
No returns will be accepted if you contacted us after the 30 day period of receiving your item
MISTAKES through shipment or wrong item, we will be held responsible and can work together to help get your order correct.
RETURNING A PACKAGE- contact customer service rep via eBay messages and include your item number, eBay user ID, and a detailed description explaining the problem or damages of the product. To help process this faster, please send photos of damaged products as well. If we authorize the return, you will be receiving an email with instructions on the return. |
