Bapmic Auto Parts Return Policy
A basic guide to RFC Coverage
Any return that is NOT defective or NOT received in error, is the responsibility of the customer. We DO NOT cover any shipping costs and/or additional fees associated with the transaction. The buyer is also subject to a 15% restocking fee in most cases; unless previusly agreed upon by Bapmic. All returns must be filed within 14 days of receiving the product and must be accompanied by a copy of your eBay purchase history. Items must also be unused and in NEW condition.
Logistical Coverage
If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE. Logistical claims must be filed within 14 days of received the product; exchanges in these cases will be handled promptly and at no cost to the customer.
Logistical Coverage
All products that exhibilt a manufacturer defect in material workmanship or function, will be covered under the terms depicted in the associated listing. Pictures and the original purchase history page must be accompanied with all parts. If a warranty is to be used after 90 days, the customer will be responsible for return shipping only. Bapmic will handle the re-shipment of the replacement part or a refund if no stock is available.
