All parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 90 day money back warranty unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.

The following are NOT guaranteed:

ball joints, bearings, or any other wear item bushing.  For example, control arms are not guaranteed to have good ball joints, spindles are not guaranteed to have good bearings.  please contact us prior to purchasing so we can inspect it first if you are purchasing for this reason

Paint and finish is NOT guaranteed.  Everything we sell is sold as paintable.  All items may have paint inperfections such as scratches, chips, fade, etc.  If you are purchasing with this in mind, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can inspect for you.  Color shades are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, or is incorrect, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

In the event that an item is purchased and not needed for any reason, buyer agrees to pay original shipping and return shipping.  This also applies to "free shipping" listings as free shipping is for completed sales only.

To return an item you must contact us through Ebay within the 90 day period to obtain a return authorization

Once you obtain return authorization, ship the item back to Micciche Auto Parts 103 Route 73 Voorhees, NJ 08043 along with original invoice. if invoice is not available, please let us know before shipping.
