CPT Racing MFG makes the only All Swivel Chain Limiter.  Mounting bracket is for 1-3/4" tube. Others available.  USA made. 

This chain limiter has 1 1/2 plus inches of quick adjustment. One 3/4 inch wrench is needed for adjustment. Loosen jam nut, adjust, tighten jam nut, done.  

The swivel Clevis also reduces bind and irregular swing when on the chain.  

This can and will replace BSB, Wehrs, Afco and many others.
