SHIPPING

We will choose a shipping carrier that will be best suited

to get your product delivered in the safest and quickest delivery

time possible. Due to availability and product ordered, some

items may be drop shipped from alternate warehouses.

Most ground shipments are delivered in 3-5 business days.

All tire & wheel packages ship truck freight and normally leave

our facility in 7-10 business days from date of purchase.

WARRANTIES

Most product(s) sold carry a manufactures limited warranty.

Please contact us regarding the details on the item you are

interested in purchasing.

Please note: Any items subject to warranty will be returned

at the buyer's expense. Shipping and service charges are

not covered under a manufactures warranty.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

WE RECOMMEND YOU BUY INSURANCE TO COVER THE

FULL AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the

unused product(s) you ordered you may return the items for an

exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact

us prior to returning any items. All shipping charges incurred

on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All products must be in new condition, and in original packaging

for an exchange or return to take place. If a product is returned

in any condition except new then an exchange or refund will

not be issued and the items will be returned at the buyer?s

expense. If an error is made on the shipment please contact

our office immediately and we will work with you to resolve

the situation. We will not expedite any products due to improper

manufacture packaging or if product(s) are damaged during

shipping.

Wheel Returns & Exchanges:

Only wheels that have not been mounted, are in their original

boxes, may be returned for an exchange or refund within

30 days from date of delivery. There will be a minimum 15%

restocking fee charged on all returned items. There will be no

exceptions to the restocking fee. There will be no returns on

wheels that have been mounted. All product(s) must be inspected

and checked for proper fitment upon delivery. Do not wait until

you go in for your installation appointment.

Tire Returns & Exchanges:

Only tires that have not been installed and ran on a vehicle

may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days

from date of delivery. Tires must have the manufactures ID

sticker intact. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee

charged on all exchanges or returns. There will be no

exceptions to the restocking fees.
