 Can be used with 3 or 4 port isolation modules

ON TRUCKS WITH 3 PORT SET-UPS THIS PLUGS INTO THE " A " PORT OF THE MODULE

WHEN USING A 4-PORT SET-UP IT'S PLUGGED INTO THE "#2" PORT OF THE MODULE

Goes from the module to the grill and then plugs into the light harness on the plow itself

Taken off my 2006 GMC Sierra SLE 1500 before I traded in my truck.  Works fine, never had a problem.
