    WARRANTY & RETURNS

    Murray's Cycles HIGHLY recommends that a professional installs ANY item you order from us, especially electrical components. We recommend this because 99% of electrical component defect concerns involve incorrect installation. If you insist on installing the product yourself, please consult the manufacturer for any technical assistance. If you incorrectly install the product and damage comes to the product, we will not accept the item back under any circumstances. Please note once the product has been installed or attempted to be installed, you are completely responsible to contact the manufacturer for ANY warranty claims. Murray's Cycles does not reimburse for any paid installation labor times. Murray's Cycles does not pay for damages caused to your vehicle from installation of any product we sell.

    If you receive an item that has visual damage and no signs of installation we will be glad to replace that item at no cost to you! Please message us immediately upon receiving the product and let us know. If you are having a problem with an item AFTER you installed it, this is a warranty issue and you will be directed to the manufacturer. If the product has to be warrantied, we will be glad to help you with your concern. If you decide that you no longer want the item after installation (even if you assume it is defective) there is a 20% restocking fee if you do not want a replacement. If you assume a product is defective, contact us or the manufacturer immediately. Murray's Cycles does not provide a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer does. We do not have the authorization to allow repair or replacement on behalf of the manufacturer.     Murray’s Cycles never wants to charge anyone with a restocking fee. Restocking fees may not only leave a bitter taste in the buyers’ mouth, but it also may prevent a future sale to a possible customer. Please be advised there is an enormous cost of doing business online. Some of these costs include sellers’ fees and shipping fees. These are the main fees associated with an online retail marketplace, and neither are recoupable if you decide you no longer want the product. For Murray’s Cycles to continue to offer very competitive pricing, we must have a policy in place to subdue the inevitable expense of returns. Please realize, 90% of returned items are opened and can no longer be sold as “new”. The majority of the items we sell are vacuum-sealed, which we will never be able to reseal. This means the product is no longer worth its original price and we must compensate for depreciation. Murray’s Cycles prefers to have no returns and every sale be perfect, but unfortunately this just does not happen. By purchasing from Murray’s Cycles, you have agreed to ALL of the terms on this page.

    Brand new, sealed returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee. This restock fee applies to any product that has been purchased incorrectly or no longer wanted and has NOT been removed from its factory packaging. This excludes errors deemed to be the mistake of Murray’s Cycles. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, not Murray’s Cycles. Any opened product that the customer wants to return must have prior approval by Murray's Cycles before sending it back. Items can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.

    SHIPPING

    Before placing your order, please make sure the address you provide is correct. Murray’s Cycles determines shipping carrier based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Many of our items are drop shipped from our distributors to speed up delivery times. If you need a specific delivery method, please contact us before you purchase. Expedited shipping is available on almost every item we offer, please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase. Shipping delays due to weather cannot be controlled by Murray's Cycles, once the package leaves our shipping facility we have no control over it. We also have no control over shipping delays in the month of December, please do not wait until the last minute to place an order if you want it for the Holiday gift giving season.

    California customers please read:

    Murray's Cycles never wants to exclude fellow Americans from a purchase, however some items cannot be shipped to California normally. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has placed strict laws on certain parts entering California. Customers in California that purchase non-EPA compliant items will be asked to sign an off-road addendum and required to pay an additional $35 via a Paypal invoice or Credit Card for additional processing and handling of your order. If you do not want to fill out the addendum or pay the additional service charge, please do not purchase this product. We expect CA residents to acknowledge their local laws and respect the EPA. We will inbox any California customer advising you if you need the addendum, and then it will be your choice to fill out the addendum or cancel the order for a full refund.

    International customers please read:

    We feel our International consumers deserve the same treatment as our United States customers, so we offer Global Shipping to any eBay approved Nation. Murray's Cycles does not directly ship internationally, we use eBay's Global Shipping Program to offer our merchandise across the globe. Warranty submissions must be dealt directly with the manufacturer, no exceptions. Please keep in mind we offer parts for USDM (United States Domestic Market) models ONLY. We cannot guarantee fitment on any model that is not USDM. International customers must also note we ship to the facility in the state of Kentucky, and must allow extra shipping time for that facility to process the shipment. All shipping duties and fees are calculated by eBay, not us. We DO NOT and WILL NOT alter any invoices or split shipments on large packages. All International return shipping is placed solely on the buyer, not Murray's Cycles. Any item purchased by an International shipping facility and shipped globally is the responsibility of the purchasing shipping company, not Murray's Cycles.
