New old stock pan for gm 400 turbo 3 speed automatic transmissions. This pan incorporates cooling tubes which allows air to travel through and cool fluids inside 20-30 degrees from a stock pan. Also has capacity for addition fluid to run cooler. Whether it's a tow or race vehicle this will help the life if your transmission. By all means this is NOT a replacement for a transmission cooler  that mounts by radiator. New old stock not ever installed or used and in original box.
