If we receive your cleared payment before 12:00pm CST every attempt will be made to ship your order the same day. Payments which are received after this time may not ship until the following business day. We ship orders via USPS and FedEx Monday through Friday.

Once we have processed your order for shipping we will email you that your order has been processed and send you the tracking number. It is important to note that this DOES NOT mean that the carrier has the possession of your order yet. Often times we get orders processed for shipping which actually do not leave our warehouse until the following business day.

Please understand that once we have turned your shipment over to the carrier we have no control over the delivery. If an order is shown as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it you will need to contact the carrier. We have NO CONTROL over the carriers or their deliveries.

For orders that are being shipped outside of the United States you are

responsible for any import and/or duty fees associated with your purchase.

We do offer a Money Back guarantee for our items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply notify us within 14 days and we will gladly initiate the return process for you. We do require that an RMA be issued before returning your item to our warehouse. While we will refund your purchase price of this item, the return shipping is the responsibility of you, the Buyer, unless we have made an error in shipping you an incorrect item or an item which is damaged.
