DAMAGED SHIPMENTS / RETURNS: Please contact us immediately at
to address any Shipping Damage or Returns. The manufactures we represent carry individual warranties on their products. We stand behind these products and will work with you to overcome any issue. Before returning items to , returns must have a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us. The RMA number must be on the outside of the package when it is returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for warranty returns. Items not in the original packaging and can’t be resold as "new" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days. Unopened items in their original packages can be returned for a refund or exchange with no questions asked. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. Return shipping costs can not exceed the original shipping costs.
