Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order & notify us of any problems or concerns with your shipment. Our customer service team is here to assist you should a problem occur, please reach out to us to allow us the opportunity to correct it. Images are typically requested to help assist with problem shipments. If there is a clear and significant error in the listing, please contact us to help us correct such errors. If there is no error in the listing, we will provide a refund less original shipping costs. If the item was sold with "Free Shipping", the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
