Shipping
1. International orders are shipped via international economy parcel post-registered (comes with tracking).
2. Usually takes 14-21 business days to arrive to most destinations worldwide.
3. Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 3 business days.
4. For expedited delivery please select expedited (express) during checkout.
5. The shipping costs you pay depend on the weight and value of the items and were they are being sent to.
6. Orders valued at $250 or greater and /or 2kg and above in weight must be shipped via expedited (express) -EMS.
8. Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
9. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding/buying.
10. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.
11. We pack every item carefully to ensure safe shipment to you.
12. We try and keep shipping costs as low as possible but some items may require extra or special packaging that will be reflected in the shipping cost.
13. We always combine shipping if you buy more than one item from us.
14. If you are unsure about how much shipping to pay then just request a total for the items you have bought and we will send a combined invoice.

Payment
1. We only accept Paypal.
2. Israeli residents must add VAT (+16%).
Return:
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for exchange or full refund, excluding original postage costs.
2. Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
3. For clothing, items must be Unworn / unused complete with original hang tags attached.
4. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, on exchanges, we provide the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. (International registered economy parcel post) If the item is being returned as a result of an error by Bikehobby and you have received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund reasonable return postage costs.

7. On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.
8. Please add any packing list or shipping certificate supplied by us if available to avoid customs and duties when we receive the item back.
