Discontinued Champion OEM boat seat.  VERY hard to find!  Seat is in good shape, the padded cover is weathered as you can see in photos.  Seat is roughly 18" wide x 19" high when opened. Comes with 4 mount bolts. bolts are spaced 5-3/8 apart, on center.
