*** for ANY returns using our in-house return system, you must first contact us through eBay messaging system by clicking "contact seller about a question", OR you can also contact us via phone at 269-273-3524 during normal business hours of M-F 8-5:30 PM E.S.T. PLEASE describe the problem or issue you are having, as well as the MAKE, MODEL,YEAR, TRIM PACKAGE (if there is one), and Vehicle Identification Number (also known as a VIN) of the vehicle you are attempting to work on, and we will do our best to help you, and also do our best to resolve any issue you may have. We will first attempt to find a replacement or exchange the part for you. IF we cannot find a replacement part, we will restock the item, in which case you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item was accidentally ordered, there is no problem with a return (exception being any and all electrical components) as long as the item shows no signs of any new wear, and also still has the ORIGINAL tags and packaging. The return will also be subject to the same 20% restocking fee.
90-day Standard Warranty Terms
- All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
- Cylinder heads are sold “AS-IS”.
- The used engine you have purchased must have new oil and filter installed upon installation.
- You must provide for a new tune-up upon installation of motor (points, plugs, plug wires, etc.)
- This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories (water pump, fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, computers, etc.). Some of these components may be included with your engine but are there for convenience only and are not warrantied and may need to be replaced. Diesel injectors are not covered under warranty.
- Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order against slippage or shifting failures.
- Engines and transmissions must have new seals and new oil installed upon installation into vehicle. Warranty does not cover rear main engine seals.
- Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly; gears are guaranteed.
- Vehicles which have Eagle Auto Parts engines and transmissions installed must have proper capacity cooling systems and be in good condition. Transmissions must have coolers flushed, proper replacement of transmission fluid, filter and seals, as well as flushing of transmission lines, and adding a remote transmission cooler. Warranty claimant must provide copies of receipts showing filter kit and remote transmission cooler was purchased prior to initial install.
- Proper oil levels and cooling levels must be maintained at all times for warranty to be valid.
- NO CORES ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. There will be no refund of Michigan State Sales Tax on returned cores, according to the Michigan State Sales Tax ruling on trade-ins and exchanges. Core refunds to the buyer will be made by check unless the buyer paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. Credit card payments will be refunded to the actual card used for the original transaction. When the buyer originally paid by check, refunds will be paid 10 business days from the date the customer’s check was accepted.
- All cylinder heads and engines have Heat Tabs installed on them. If the tab is melted, missing or damaged, warranty is VOID.
- Defective engine or transmission must remain installed in the vehicle until an authorized Eagle Auto Parts representative confirms defect.
- No refunds on special order parts.
- All glass is sold “AS-IS” at time of sale. No refunds on glass for any reason.
- No refunds or returns on cut-to-order body sections. No exceptions.
- All electrical items are sold “AS-IS”, exchange only, no refunds for any electrical items-no exceptions.
- All defective parts must have the Eagle Auto Parts identification label/markings on them-no exceptions.
- All warranty claims must be done by Eagle Auto parts certified shop, or permission must be given by an authorized agent of Eagle Auto Parts prior to warranty work being completed. No cost will be assumed by Eagle Auto Parts without prior, written approval by a representative of Eagle Auto Parts.
- All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent or manager of Eagle Auto parts within a period of 90-days from date of purchase of this warranty go be valid.
- Eagle Auto Parts, at its option, may replace the parts, repair the parts or refund the original purchase price. Adjustments to be made are on parts only-NO LABOR.
- All implied warranties are limited to the terms of the limited warranty. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
- Warranties on any product sold shall be in effect only for the duration of the express warranties contained herein and upon conclusion of the expressed warranties herein, there shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for use of the product sold.
- This warranty is no transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment or damage by accident or misuse.
- Improper installation will void warranty.
- WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT RECEIPT. ALL WARRANTIES BEGIN FROM INVOICE DATE, NOT INSTALL DATE.
- A 20% handling charge will be applied on all approved returned merchandise. No exchange after 30 days.
- Eagle Auto Parts does not assume responsibility for towing charges, layup time, telephone, loss due to downtime, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconveniences, car or truck rental.
- Any merchandise or invoice marked “AS-IS” will void this Certificate of Limited Warranty. This means NO WARRANTY- NO REFUND
- Damaged or altered parts are not returnable.
- Cost of labor is included in the price of used parts and is not refundable.
- All body panels are sold “AS-IS” from time of pickup or delivery. No returns.

If we do agree with a return and cannot find the proper part for you, there is a mandatory re-stocking fee of 20% to cover our packing materials, shipping, re-listing, and re-inventorying the item in question.
