This steering wheel is in good used condition. Rust appears in the horn cap area. This area is concealed when the horn cap is installed.
Please, examine the extreme close-up images to assess the condition of this wheel. NO rips or tears. NO burns. Firm. NO slop.
The horn ring mounting hardware is included. Plastic retainer ring piece is complete. Some minor surface rust on this portion of the wheel. You will not see the rust when the horn cap is installed.
This steering wheel is firmly attached to the rim.
