Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:

• Are in their original packaging
• Have not been used, installed or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to improper installation
• Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

Shipping Information

Shipped within 24 hours from when payment is received Monday - Friday (excludes Holidays and weekends) from our Ontario warehouse.
Tracking number is uploaded to eBay and sent to your email once items are shipped.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before paying. Any change of address results in a $10.00 fee as charged to us by the shipper. If your package is returned to us due to an error in your address and you wish it to be sent back out then a fee equal to the total shipping cost will need to be charged, or return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted if you wish a refund.
