We produce millions of plastic injection molded parts every year on micro processor controlled Van Dorn molding machines ranging in size from 85 to 400 tons. The design and production of elastomeric boots or bellows is a Daystar specialty. We have developed proprietary design software, specialized injection molding bases, special purpose robotics, and unique boring and turning tools that enable us to provide the optimum boot solution to our customer at unrivaled tooling and piece part prices. Daystar is a recognized specialist in manufacturing cast polyurethane elastomeric and microcellular foam parts for the automotive industry. We have developed several families of proprietary polymer formulations that give us the ability to match material properties to the specific application at hand. Engineering excellence is not just a catch phrase at Daystar - it is the foundation of our company. Daystar engineers can execute all aspects of the design process for part modeling and simulation to multi axis toolpath creation. Daystar has been producing high quality injection molds for over 30 years ranging in sophistication from single cavity prototype molds to multicavity molds with hot runners and side actions. Our production facility includes multiple dispensing lines, a clean room for steel preparation for bonding operations, several custom designed automatic parts trimmers, a laboratory for testing part designs and material properties, and most importantly, a skilled team with a proven track record.

Shipping
Some of our items normally dropship from the manufacturer, As such the Estimated Shipping Time Ebay shows may be incorrect! For international customers, we may have to order these in to our location before shipping out, which delays shipping times. Contact us for an accurate shipping time.
Domestic:
For Domestic shipments, we ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS as stated in the listing.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Overseas Customers, Our Ebay Shipping Calculator has problems automatically showing shipping for these locations, but we can ship to you! Message us!
UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide an alternate ship-to address with your payment.
Expedited shipping is available from UPS and USPS, please email us for a shipping price if needed.
A tracking or delivery confirmation number will always be provided once your item(s) ships.
NOTE: Due to the sheer volume of packages that we ship each day, we cannot track every package once it leaves our facility. It is up to the buyer to notify us about any in-transit problems. We will gladly assist in any claims with the carrier that we used to ship your item(s).
International:
For International shipments, we ship via UPS, USPS or DHL. Which carrier is used depends on your location. We will choose the carrier that will deliver the quickest for your location. We cannot declare lower customs values for legal and insurance reasons. We can not and will not declare an item as a gift. Buyer is responsible or all taxes, duties and fees for their country. If a shipment is refused because the taxes, duties and/or fees are not paid, realize that we cannot issue a refund unless we have the merchandise shipped back to us by the customer.

Warranty Claims >
All warranties, expressed or implied, is that of the manufacturer NOT Espeedshop/SK Speed. That said, we will assist in processing a claim. Some warranty claims can be handled by us, but most must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. In either case, we will assist in the process. No warranty of any kind is offered or implied for parts that are discontinued, new-old stock, or used.
Returns
Please send us a message here on ebay or call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 Ext. 9 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any merchandise back to us. Issued RMA numbers will only be valid for 30 days.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and a refund will not be processed until inspected upon return to us. Returns must be in new, resellable condition.
Returned item(s) must be in a shipping box, not shipped in the factory packaged box that the item comes from the factory. If an item is shipped back to us for a return without the original factory supplied box, a 20% re-stocking fee will automatically be applied.
Returns of electrical items must be in "as-new" and still remain factory sealed. A testing and re-stocking fee of at least 20% will apply if the item does not meet these requirements.
