Shipping

Domesting shipping cost is FREE for 48 continental states only. Other states pay $12 shipping fee for USPS economy shipping method.

Please be aware of that shipping carriers do not ship to BO Box and APO addresses so please let us know your physical address for USPS shipping.

Combined shipping is to consolidate all orders purchased by same buyer same day. No discount available.

All our shipments are via ground service for lower 48 states unless it is not available in your area. Faster service with extra cost available upon your request.

Most orders will be processed and shipped in 24 hours of payment received except weekends and holidays.

Delivery time may take longer to certain areas or because of carrier mistakes, please allow at least 4-9 business days for delivery. Please also check your tracking to see if your item shipped in a timely manner or how  chosen carrier handling the package.

Local pick-up is available with the cost of $3 handling fee.

Shipping insurance is FREE for domestic ground services.

Warranty

Life Time Warranty. We always stand behind our products. We will send a replacement during the warranty period, A deduction or replacement may apply after inspecting the old item.

The warranty does not cover the optional features such as loops, hooks, straps or the storage bag. So if those features are failed during the this time please replace them by yourself. Life time warranty is applicable only if used according to its best use. If  the best use of the cover stated as indoor purposes warranty is not valid for the result of outside usage...  

Return

Despite our best efforts, there are occasions that a problem will occur. We only ask that you give us the opportunity to correct the problem within the extent of our policies before leaving us negative feedback. No Hassle Return, you may return it for ANY REASON for a refund.

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Before sending any merchandise back, you must contact us by email (cooldeepseas at hot mail dot com). Include your full name, order number and reason for return. We like to know the reason to improve our service quality..

What's the best way to fold a cover?

Remove the cover from the front and rear bumpers and fold each side up to the center of the roof. Continue folding in this manner, until the cover ends up about 2 feet wide. Then, fold the front and then the rear to the center of the roof and continue folding to the center until the folded fabric is about 3 feet long. This method of folding prevents scratches caused by the cover dragging across the car.

What's the best way to install a cover?

The exact opposite of removal: lay the folded cover on the roof of the vehicle and gently unfold it, front to rear and then down the sides. If the cover has mirror pockets, place those over the mirrors first. Then, gently pull the cover over the front and rear bumpers.

How should I clean my car cover?

Keep your cover in a storage bag when not in use and don't be afraid to wash it. Dirt particles can compromise the water resistance of the fabric and also scratch the car's paint. Smaller, less bulky covers can be washed in a home washing machine, while larger covers may require a trip to a laundromat for a spin in a large commercial machine. Mild laundry detergents will not remove the UVR inhibitors or DWR treatment.

How should I dry a wet car cover?

Since our car covers "breathe," the best way to dry a cover is to put it on a clean car and let the moisture evaporate through the cover.
