Shipping Policy
1. Shipping limits: Please note we CANNOT deliver your order to the following addresses: 1) PO Box / APO / BPO / FPO; 2) HI, AK or PR if the package is over 900g.

2. Please note as suggested by eBay & PayPal, we only post to the address appearing on your eBay or PayPal transaction page. Therefore please ensure you have selected/added the CORRECT & COMPLETE address and post code when you CHECK OUT.
Please also note if a parcel is returned by the courier due to wrong or incomplete address provided on eBay, buyer is responsible for full costs of re-dispatching the order.

3. Delay of delivery & loss of parcel: Most couriers class an item lost after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK mail or 25 WORKING DAYS for the INTERNATIONAL mail, therefore we can only send a replacement out after that date.
