We ship all parts via UPS unless other is requested.

Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty
Only mechanical used parts from Erie Vo-Vo are covered with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This covers defective parts only. The replacement part will be sent at no additional charge when proof of purchase (copy of Receipt or Invoice) is received and defective part is returned. Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed. Learn More

Returns

30 Day Return Policy
All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Warranty parts are excluded and will follow warranty terms. Items being returned for any reason must be returned by original purchaser with a copy of the original sales invoice. The customer is responsible for safe return of all items. Damaged or modified items will not be refunded. Erie Vo-Vo Inc. will only cover shipping charges if we are at fault for sending a damaged or incorrect part. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee except for warranty items. Erie Vo-Vo Inc. will consider special requests for returns not specified in this policy.

Forms of Payment
Erie Vo-Vo currently accepts all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. All payments must be made within 7 days from the winning bidder. An automated invoice will be emailed to the winner. Payments can be made by clicking on the Payment button. You then may choose to pay through PayPal or by credit card over the phone.

Sales Tax
New York State Sales tax of 8.75% applies to all sales within the state. This includes local pickup cash sales.
