Engine Warranty: Engines are sold as short block assembly and cylinder heads only. Engines are sold without starter, compressor, alternator, power steering pump. Anything else on the engine are considered convenience items and you are expected to use your existing parts as convenience parts are not warrantied. Warranty is limited to issues with block, cylinder head, Crankshaft, pistons, rods, bearings, Camshaft and valves. Warranty DOES NOT cover sensors, cables, coils, wires, injectors, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, intake/exhaust manifold, and oil pans. It is also the buyers responsiblilty to determine if engine or other parts comply with California or other states smog regulations. KUD Auto DOES NOT warranty this. Warranty is void is engine is overheated, altered or improperly installed, hence we recommend that an ASE certified technician perform installation as the documentation will be required for warranty claims. All engines will come with a pre-installation checklist that must be completed prior to installation. Failure to complete checklist will VOID warranty. If no checklist is received with your shipment, please request one.
Transmission/Transfer case warranty: Sold as interchangeable units. Torque converters and housing are included. All transmissions will come with a pre-installation checklist that must be completed prior to installation. Failure to complete checklist will VOID warranty. Air bags: Sold AS-IS. Only guarantee is that air bags have never been deployed. Buyer assumes all risks associated with purchase and installation of any recycled air bag. KUD Auto parts makes no warranty whatsoever written, expressed or implied associated with recycled air bags sold. Air bags are not tested to meet any saftey standards only guarantee is that we have not repacked air bags in any way.
Doors, Trunk lids, Hatch, Quarter panels: Paint Color is never guaranteed even if the color codes are the same. 2 cars off the same assebly line can appear slightly different after some years depending on storage, wear, weather conditions etc. Doors are sold without trim panels and glass. Buyer is expected to use their existing one. Trunk lids are sold without hinges and trunk lock.

No labor warranty is provided. No refunds on labor whatsoever.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

1. Items will be shipped to a commercial address or local freight terminal for pick up. Commercial address must be capable of unloading a freight truck. Residential delivery or lift gate service is EXTRA. Please contact us for more details
2. YOU MUST INSPECT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! Note on the freight bill any obvious signs of damage at the time of delivery. It must be brought to the attention of the driver and noted on the signed delivery paperwork. This will be required for claims so it is very important!
3. If you suspect damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY and inspect the item.
4. After paperwork has been noted with damage details, save all parts and packaging materials for inspection should the claims representatives need them.
DELIVERY TICKETS ARE LEGALLY BINDING. IF YOU SIGN "RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION" when there is an obvious damage FREIGHT COMPANY WILL DENY THE CLAIM RIGHT AWAY IF DELIVERY PAPERWORK IS NOT PROPERLY NOTED.
