- Please contact us via eBay through “Ask a Question”. Your emails will be replied in 1 business day from the order in which we received them. Please include your order number for a quicker reply.

- All U.S. domestic shipments are shipped using UPS Ground, United States Postal Service Airmail, or USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours).
- All orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days from the day it is shipped.
- Customers within the lower 48 states, with a physical address, will receive free shipping.
- International customers will be responsible for any import duty taxes; this is charged by your government, not by us. For more information, please refer to UPS.
- We cannot ship any orders to PO Box addresses. We are not responsible for any delays due to PO Box or undeliverable addresses that are provided to us.
- We are required by law to collect a 9.00% Sales Tax for shipments in California.
- We expect all payments to be received within 7 days of the purchase.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of delivery and we will file a UPS damage claim for you. UPS will then come to your location the next business day and pick up the damaged item(s) from you. A new replacement will be shipped immediately after we receive the damaged items from UPS, usually within 3-5 business days.
- If a delivery confirmation states that your item was delivered, but you have not received the package, contact our Customer Service Department and we will file a UPS Lost Package Claim. UPS will then start a tracer on the package. A new replacement will be shipped after the claim is finished (usually within 3-5 business days).
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to process a return for exchange, replacement, or refund. We will pay for the return shipping cost within 60 days of your purchase (Excludes International Buyers). All returns require an RMA# which can be received from our Customer Service Department only.
- Please inspect your order(s) upon receipt.
- Product images may not reflect the exact physical color of the item as a result of lighting and camera variations.
- We will ship replacements after we receive the returned item(s) from our customer, or once a UPS Damage / UPS Lost Claim has finished.
- Once an RMA # has been issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item to us. If any items are returned after the 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the item(s) are returned without an RMA #, we reserve the right to reject the item(s).
- All items are 100% brand new, unless stated otherwise on the listing.
- PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
- We do not assume any responsibility for any installation
fees charged by a shop under any circumstances.
