This block is in very good condition.  Here are the details from my measurements:

Sheave Diameter: 1 1/4"

Rope/Wire: Max 3/16"

Sheave Material: Brass

Body: Everything else is stainless

Thimble: there is a thimble attached to the mounting eye that can accomodate 3/16 wire or rope.  You can just remove this and use a shackle if needed.
