Upgrade your Mercedes today!! For the time and money, this is one of the best improvements you can do.  These Genuine Bosch injectors have been completely rebuilt with brand new Monark nozzles Which are a significant upgrade over the Bosch nozzles or even the Bosio ones in my opinion.  I don't recommend buying the cheaper injectors or nozzles as they simply will not perform as well or as long as the real thing.  

All cleaning and polishing of internal parts was completed using all brass tools to prevent any scoring.  The outside of the injector bodies are clean and inspected for cracks.  Some may have surface blemishes but all are 100% functional.  Some other compatible part numbers that frequently appear on these are:      KCA30S 35/4  or NA34X. 

The last 4 pictures show what your current injectors may look like inside.  The picture of the 5 different nozzles represents different types of degradation and damage to the nozzles from burning/scorching to extreme wear from mechanical impingement over time in the last photo.  The nozzles I use for the rebuild are of MUCH higher quality than current Bosch nozzles which are manufactured in India to reduced specifications.  Your performance increase with these rebuilt injectors will be noticeable and appreciated!

All testing was done in accordance with the procedures from Mercedessource.com using their bench tester which is pictured.  

The tests performed were:

Pop pressure (opening pressure) test

Leakdown test

Spray Pattern test

Balance test

All 5 injectors passed all tests and are balanced at pop pressure of 1950 psi (135 bar) which is the service manual specification for turbo OM617 engines.  

On top of injectors that are ready to go, the correct heat shield washers are included along with a length of fuel injector return line which should be replaced every time you do a job like this.  This is a one-stop purchase for an instantly improved engine feel, less noise, less smoke, better fuel economy and noticeably better power!  I neglected to do mine for about two years after they should have been serviced and what a huge difference it made when I finally did!!!
