This is a set of four (4) Genuine Bosch injectors that have been completely rebuilt with brand new Monark nozzles.  I don't recommend buying the non-German injectors or nozzles as they simply will not perform as well or as long as the real thing.   All cleaning and polishing of internal parts was completed using all brass tools to prevent any scoring.  The outside of the injector bodies are clean and inspected for cracks.  Some may have surface blemishes but all are 100% functional.  All testing was done in accordance with the procedures from Mercedessource.com using their bench tester which is pictured.  

The last 4 pictures show what your current injectors may look like inside.  The picture of the 5 different nozzles represents different types of degradation and damage to the nozzles from burning/scorching to extreme wear from mechanical impingement over time in the last photo.  The nozzles I use for the rebuild are of MUCH higher quality than current Bosch nozzles which are manufactured in India to reduced specifications.  Your performance increase with these rebuilt injectors will be noticeable and appreciated!

The tests performed were:

Pop pressure (opening pressure) test (spec is 115 bar or 1670 psi)

Leakdown test

Spray Pattern test

Balance test

All 4 injectors passed all tests and are balanced at 1670 psi (115 bar) which is the service manual specification for non-turbo OM615 616 engines.  

On top of injectors that are ready to install, the correct heat shield washers are included along with a 30" length of fuel injector return line which should be replaced every time you do a job like this.  This is a one-stop purchase for an instantly improved engine feel, less noise, less smoke, better fuel economy and noticeably better power!  Let me tell you, I neglected to do mine for about two years after they should have been serviced and what a huge difference it made when I finally did!!!

Should fit all years of non-turbo 220D 240D and 615/616 engines and some others too. Another part number you may see that matches these is NA32X or 001 017 21 21
