Like all used items it has scuffs and little scratches but it is in very good condition. If we would put it in our own personal car then you know it is in good condition, otherwise we would not be selling it.

We do ship to all States of America. International buyers will have to contact us prior to purchasing in item in order to get a shipping quote. An invoice will be made for International buyers.
