 Shipping 
We ship all product within eBay's estimated delivery guidelines shown in the eBay listing.  Those guidelines are based on our handling time and the estimated shipping time provided by FedEx. FedEx's shipping estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen weather events. 

Tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay at the end of our business day.  Once uploaded you will receive an email from eBay with all tracking information.  Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers and that the number of tracking numbers may not correspond to the amount of tires or wheels you ordered,

Orders over $750 in total value are shipped with signature required at the time of delivery. This requirement is mandated by eBay as part of their Buyer and Seller protection plans.   

 Damages During Shipping 
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery! We will need to contact FedEx customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.  Fedex will not accept any claims for damage after 48 hours. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this Fedex policy. It is extremely important to save all packaging material for FedEx inspection. FedEx will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Performance Plus Tire.   

Again, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-hours of delivery to report the damage so we can work with FedEx and begin working on a reshipment.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns!  We must be notified of any return requests within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.  

Your return request must be done in eBay.  Go to "My eBay" and select "Return this item"  to begin the return process.  We will review your request and respond within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

Please be aware of the following stipulations;
All returns, cancellations or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping charges. 
There are no returns or refunds on special order items. 
All products returned must be in their original packaging and packed to avoid further damage. If the items returned are damaged due to faulty packaging, no credit will be issued.    
An additional $80 dismounting fee will be assessed for wheel and tire packages that are returned. You will not be assessed any charges for shipping or fitment errors that are determined to be the fault of our company.
Performance Plus Tire & Auto will not accept any product that has been mounted, installed, used and/or altered in any way.  

 Remounting and Balancing 
If we shipped you mounted tires and wheels there may be a rare occurrence where it becomes necessary to to be rebalance or remount the tires and wheels.  Our policy is to reimburse up to the amount we would charge at our facility in Long Beach. Please call us before having any work done. In many cases, these issues can be resolved on your own with our technical phone support (hubrings not installed, etc.). If you are authorized by Performance Plus to take your car to a local tire professional, please email us a copy of your invoice. These are the maximum amounts that we will reimburse for mounting and/or balancing: 
 Mounting of one tire (no balance) - $10.00 
 Balance of one tire (no mount or dismount) - $15.00 
 Dismount, remount and balance of 1 tire under 20 inch diameter - $20.00 
 Dismount, remount and balance of 1 tire 20 inch diameter and over - $25.00 
 If you are told by your local tire professional that other work needs to be done, please contact us before having the work done so we can advise you. 

For tire only purchases, you are responsible for all charges you may incur for the mounting and balancing of your tires.

 Performance Plus Tire is an authorized dealer for all vendors that we represent. All tires, wheels and other products sold by us on eBay are covered by manufacturer's warranty and are sold with the warranty extended to the original purchaser. If you have a warranty issue with wheels, tires or other products the cost of return shipping and the cost to dismount or re-mount the wheels or tires is NOT COVERED  by the manufacturer's warranty. Performance Plus Tire is also not liable for these costs. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties; there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
