This is a NOS brand #05168 plate kit for GM LS engines. This kits the 3 bolt throttle body LS1 and LS6 series engines. This kit looks to be fairly new with the exception of the bottle which came from another kit. It only has 1 set of jets which looks to be 175hp (verify before using) 

The NOS LS1 plate system uses a billet plate with no spray bars. This unique design allows better atomization which prevents fuel puddles in your manifold and provides the best cylinder to cylinder distribution for maximum power. This is no ordinary low HP kit. The plate and solenoids supplied will easily support 200HP.
