Handling Time: After your payment has cleared, it will be about 1 business day later that your shipping label will be printed and queued to go out in our daily afternoon shipments. We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Central Standard Time. We do not process orders on the weekend.

Overnight Shipping: We offer expedited and overnight shipping services wherever possible. We strive to provide accurate quotes for all faster shipping methods. Overnight shipping does not include weekends, and we cannot guarantee same day processing for overnight orders if you do not contact us first. Contact us before you complete a rush order via ebay for the fastest service.

Sales tax: Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: WI (Wisconsin) 5.6%

Damage In Shipping: Contact Us First - We will work with you to get the case resolved in the fastest method possible working with the appropriate shipping providers, and getting you a replacement item quicker than if you had filed a claim with the shipping provider yourself.

Freight Shipping Information: If your item requires freight shipment, your delivery has a couple of extra requirements. First you need to make sure that your contact phone number is accurate and we will require phone contact with you BEFORE the item leaves our warehouse. This is required for scheduling. Also to keep things free for you from end to end here are some tips.

• Your shipping address must be a business address. The freight company will determine if the address is considered a business address. An additional $40 fee for residential service may be required depending on your needs.
• Deliveries require you to be available to remove the item from the truck yourself and handle the item. If you require the freight company to bring a truck with a lift gate this service is an additional $50.

PayPal: We only accept payments through PayPal when purchasing our products through eBay. This is the only way to guarantee that automated processes work correctly. We want you to feel safe and secure in your purchases. Keeping everything within PayPal and eBay protects both the buyer and the seller.

eCheck Issues: Many people do not realize when paying via eCheck that those payments do not clear immediately. You will have to wait 5-7 business days after completing checkout for the payment to clear. We are unable to ship your order until payment has cleared.

Auction Payments: We understand that you cannot always be available to pay immediately at the close of the auction. eBay should be sending you messages at the close of auction and then twice more over the next few days.

Shipping and  cost is non-refundable at all time.

Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied for returns, refunds and exchange item!

All return items will require the paypal transaction printout, which is the email that paypal sent you after you processed the payment. And always email before sending the package. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.

Exclusions

Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operation on a vehicle with damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty.
