Now offered on auction is a MASEI 826/816 RED SKULL FULL FACE MOTORCYCLE HELMET SIZE LARGE that appears to be in very good physical condition and some of the protective stickers are still attached, but it appears to have hairline crack down the center of the back, near the "Masei" logo and it appears to be just on the top finish layer after looking at it under a magnifying glass (see photos). Forms of Payment:
We only accept PayPal from U.S. based accounts or Pay Pal only from Canada when noted in auction. Please note that you have to be paying from inside the U.S. or payment will not go through and you will need to contact our before trying to pay. We only ship to the U.S. or Canadian (when allowed) shipping address on file with Pay Pal. Please make sure that all of your information is updated with your form of payment or there will be delays in shipping and possible cancellation of the transaction. E-checks from Pay Pal will cause a delay in processing your transaction from 3-6 days.

Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.) If you have a valid sellers permit and are purchasing for resale, you must contact us with your information before you pay. Once payment is processed, tax will not be refunded.

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 5 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping: We ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on sixe of package, to your shipping or billing address that is on file with your form of payment. FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We only use USPS for APO's and items have to fit in a USPS flate rate box. We do not use Fedex for APO's. Unless we are offering free shipping, shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item(s) to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use quality materials to carefully package and ship your item(s) out within 1 business days from cleared payment . We only ship to the address that is on file with Pay Pal or the billing address associated with a credit card. Please make sure that your information is updated in Pay Pal or with your credit card company if you have recently moved. A signature upon delivery is required on all transactions totaling $250 or more and cost is added to total shipping cost.

Combined Shipping: We may be able to combine shipping on certain items. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping until the auctions are complete. Please contact us prior to payment if you have won multiple auctions within a few days and we will adjust the shipping costs if we can save you some money. Some multi quantity auctions have a built in shipping discount.

International Shipping: We currently ship only to Canada on most smaller items. Import duties and taxes are not included in our invoice and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon delivery. We do not mark merchandise as "gift" or reduce it's value. We only ship USPS Priority or Express mail depending on the value of the item. We only accept Pay Pal for payment and items are non-returnable. Please do not bid if you do not agree with all of these terms.

Insurance: The cost of insurance is included in our shipping and handling charges.

Local Pick-Up: Please contact us before you pay if you would like to arrange for pick up of your item at our store and we will send a revised invoice with the local pick up option and then you can pay. We may not allow for pick up of certain items valued over $250, so check with us before purchasing the item. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store unless otherwise noted in the desciption. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax plus a $5 pick up fee depending on the item. All local pick items must be paid for within 5 days and picked up within 7 days of the close of the auction and please call our store to notify us of your expected pick up day and time.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we must recieve the item back within 14 days from the date you recieved it. To do this, contact us through eBay's "contact the seller" link, so we may discuss the issue and possibly authorize a return. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as safely packing the item so that no damaged is incurred on the return. All items from the auction must be returned and in the same condition as when they were sent.
