International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, and/or duties charged by their government. These fees are NOT included in the posted price of the item or shipping. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Please check to see what these fees are before bidding or making a purchase so there are no surprises. We will not mark an item as a gift, or understate an item's value.

Returns

No returns on electrical items or parts.

If you have any questions at all about the condition or fitment of a part, please ask us BEFORE making a purchase. Unless otherwise specified we accept returns under 2 conditions:

1) Our mistake: If we ship the wrong part, or the part has significant pre-existing damage that was not disclosed in the listing or pictures (please review BOTH carefully to be sure). In this case, we will offer an exchange or 100% refund including shipping costs for shipping to you from Xylo's Parts Etc. as well as the insured return shipping back to Xylo's Parts Etc. A copy of the return shipping receipt will be required from the buyer (to be included with the return shipment) in order to receive a reimbursement for the return shipping cost.

2) Your mistake: You mistakenly ordered the wrong part (but it was listed accurately) - or simply changed your mind and want to return it. In this case, we will offer an exchange or refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for original (to you) AND return shipping costs, including return shipping insurance.

PLEASE READ!! Before leaving negative/neutral feedback, detailed ratings of less than 5 stars, or doing ANYTHING else, PLEASE contact us and we will do our very best to resolve any concerns and make you happy with your purchase. There is absolutely no reason for negative/neutral feedback or detailed ratings of less than 5 stars - we aren't perfect and do occasionally make mistakes, but we do what it takes to correct them ASAP.

ALL RETURNS: In both cases 1) or 2) above you must notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving your item. If more than 7 days have passed, the sale is considered final and returns will not be accepted. If a return is determined to be our only solution, the item being returned must be in the return process within 14 days from receiving the item. The return must include shipping insurance. After we have received the item back in its original, undamaged, unmodified condition we will process the refund or exchange.

By placing an order/bid, the purchaser agrees to hold Xylo's Parts Etc. and/or xylomx, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any special, incidental, or consequential damages; claim, injury, or fatality; and harmless from any actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products. By placing an order/bid, the purchaser understands that unless otherwise specified in the listing, most of our products are recovered from used, salvaged, or wrecked motorcycles, ATV's, or otherwise and should be inspected by a licensed dealer, certified mechanic or manufacturer prior to use or installation. The purchaser is fully accepting the fact that they are responsible for their own installation and subsequent use of the purchased item.
